Rice porridge with pears

Ingredients for Making Rice Porridge with Pears

  1. Rice 100 grams
  2. Milk 150 milliliters
  3. Water 150 milliliters
  4. Pear 1 piece
  5. Vanilla Sugar 1 tablespoon
  6. Almond flakes 1 tablespoon
  • Main ingredients: Milk, Rice, Pear
  • Serving 2 servings

Inventory:

Saucepan, spoon, kitchen knife, cutting board.

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the porridge.


Mix milk with water in a saucepan, put on a slow fire and add rice groats. Bring to a boil, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Just make sure that the fire is slow, so the porridge will not burn.

Step 2: chop the pears.


Peel the pear from the peel and seeds, cut into a small cube.

Step 3: add the pears to the porridge.


After 10 minutes boiling, add vanilla sugar to the rice porridge, mix and cook more 2-3 minutes.
Then remove the porridge from the heat, cover and let it stand still 5 minutes. Add the chopped pear, mix and serve.

Step 4: serve rice porridge with pears.


Arrange the rice porridge on plates, decorate it with almond petals. They are not so much for taste as for beautiful presentation. Enjoy it.
