  • Main Ingredients: Beef, Cabbage, Onions, Carrots, Mushrooms, Puff Pastry

Inventory:

Kokotnitsy, knife, board, deep frying pan, pan, pot holders, tablespoon.

Cooking:

Step 1: fry the meat.

Slice the beef into small square pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the meat on one side for about 5 minutes without turning over.

Step 2: add the onion.

Cut onions and leek very finely and add to the skillet to the meat, preliminary turning the pieces of beef on the other side.
Toast yet 5 minutes.

Step 3: stew the meat.

Add water so that it covers pieces of beef, bay leaves and allspice. Extinguish everything over medium heat about hours.

Step 4: add vegetables and mushrooms.

Wash the mushrooms, peel, cut into slices and boil for 2 minutes, then drain the water and rinse the mushrooms.
Peel the carrots, rinse the cabbage and chop the vegetables rather coarsely.

Add vegetables and mushrooms to the stew, mix and add even more water if necessary.

Put it out together 30-40 minutesto make the sauce thicker. At the end, add salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and soy sauce.

Step 5: chop the dough.

From the dough, cut the lids that are suitable in size for your cocotte makers (they should be slightly larger than the diameter of the neck). And make a cross on each incision crosswise or with a simple cell. Just don't cut through the dough.

Step 6: bake beef with mushrooms under the dough.

Spread the stew with vegetables and mushrooms in the cocotte (you can also use small pots).

Cover the top with dough and send everything preheated to 180 degrees oven on 30-35 minutes.

Step 7: serve the beef with mushrooms under the dough.

Kokotnitsy, covered with a delicious lid of dough, look very tasty and tempting. Stew served in this way will not leave anyone indifferent.

Beef with mushrooms under the dough will be the perfect dinner. Try it, I recommend.
Enjoy your meal!

- The dough is best taken without yeast puff.
