Ingredients for cooking beef and vegetables skewers
- Lemon pepper 2 tablespoons
- Fresh grated 2 tablespoons
- Onion powder 1/2 teaspoon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Brown sugar 1/3 cup
- Tamari sauce 1/3 cup
- Olive oil (extra light) 1/3 cup
- Beef about 1 kilogram
- Sweet red pepper 1 piece

- Sweet yellow pepper 1 piece
- Yellow onion 1/2 pieces
- Red onion 1/2 pieces
- Mushrooms 225 grams

Grill, kitchen knife, cutting board, tongs, plate, whisk, packets, skewers.
Step 1: chop the ingredients.
Cut the beef into large pieces. Take a tenderloin without bones and rough veins for cooking.
Peel the seeds and rinse, and then cut into large pieces.
Also chop the yellow and red onions coarsely.

Leave everything to marinate for 8 ocloc'k or even at night.
Step 4: fry beef and vegetables skewers.
Remove the meat and vegetables from the refrigerator a few minutes before frying so that they have time to warm up to room temperature.
Then put, alternating, on beef skewers, slices of vegetables and mushrooms, and grill everything on 4-5 minutes from each side. Be sure to check the readiness of the meat before serving it to the table.
Step 5: serve beef and vegetables skewers.
