Ingredients for cooking beef and vegetables skewers

  3. Onion powder 1/2 teaspoon

  6. Tamari sauce 1/3 cup
  7. Olive oil (extra light) 1/3 cup
  8. Beef about 1 kilogram

  10. Sweet orange pepper 1 piece
  11. Sweet yellow pepper 1 piece
  12. Yellow onion 1/2 pieces
  13. Red onion 1/2 pieces

Grill, kitchen knife, cutting board, tongs, plate, whisk, packets, skewers.


Step 1: chop the ingredients.

Cut the beef into large pieces. Take a tenderloin without bones and rough veins for cooking.

Leave everything to marinate for 8 ocloc'k or even at night.

Step 4: fry beef and vegetables skewers.

Remove the meat and vegetables from the refrigerator a few minutes before frying so that they have time to warm up to room temperature.
Then put, alternating, on beef skewers, slices of vegetables and mushrooms, and grill everything on 4-5 minutes from each side. Be sure to check the readiness of the meat before serving it to the table.
