- Paprika 2 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Black pepper 0.5 tsp
- Rosemary 0.5 tsp
- Allspice 8-10 peas

Combine salt, paprika, rosemary and black pepper.
Rinse the meat under running water and pat dry with paper towels. Coat it on all sides with a ready-made seasoning mixture.
Fold in a sleeve (bag) for baking. Add garlic and allspice. Tie a bag and send to a baking sheet. Punch a few holes in the bag with the foot.
Bake at 150 degrees for 1.5 hours.
Chop and serve with your favorite sauce.
