Baked chicken rolls with vegetables


  1. Chicken fillet 2 pcs.
  2. Cherry Tomatoes 100 g
  3. Potato 1 kg
  4. Bulgarian red pepper 2 pcs.
  5. Bulgarian yellow pepper 2 pcs.
  6. Zucchini (small) 2 pcs.
  7. Carrots 2 pcs.
  8. Shallots 2 pcs.
  9. 2 cloves of garlic
  10. Oregano to taste
  11. Rosemary to taste
  12. Sage to taste
  13. Olive oil to taste
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Pepper to taste

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Grate the carrots, peel the potatoes and make incisions along it. Peppers cut into strips. Just rinse the tomatoes. Zucchini and onion chop coarsely.
Cut the fillet into halves along and beat gently.

Step 2: roll the rolls.

Salt the chicken and pepper, put the grated carrots, slices of pepper and fresh herbs inside. Wrap with a toothpick.

Step 3: bake chicken rolls with vegetables.

Lubricate the baking dish with butter and put the remaining peppers, zucchini, onions and rosemary into it. Salt a little bit of salt. Put chicken rolls, potatoes, and tomatoes on top. Salt potatoes and tomatoes, sprinkle everything on top of oregano. Pour on top 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Combine the crushed cloves of garlic with oil and oregano and grease the incisions in the potatoes with this mixture.

Bake in preheated 180-200 degrees oven for 40-45 minutes. Remove the toothpicks from the rolls and serve!
