- Eggs 4-5 pcs.

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Onions need to be cut into small cubes. And also finely chop the pepper. Pass the garlic through a press or grate.
Step 2: prepare the sauce.
Fry the onion in a small amount of oil. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add bell peppers and continue to roast for another minute. Then add the garlic and cook more 30 seconds.
Add canned tomatoes and spices. Stir and boil over low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3: bake shakshuku in the oven.
Transfer the sauce to a baking dish (baking sheet), send in preheated until 180 degrees oven on 10 minutes. Then make small indentations with a spoon and break the eggs into them. Put in the oven again on 7 minutes. In the last 2 minutes sprinkle eggs with parmesan and chopped olives.
After baking, add parsley and serve shakshuku to the table.
