Savory dumplings without flour

Ingredients

  1. Fine-grained cottage cheese 250 g
  2. Semolina 200 g
  3. Butter 60 g
  4. Eggs 1 pc.
  5. Cream 10% 250 ml
  6. Leek 0.5 pcs.
  7. Corn starch 1 tsp
  8. Peppers mix to taste
  9. Salt to taste
  • Main ingredients: Onion, Cottage cheese, Butter, Cream, Semolina, Greens

Cooking:


Mix cottage cheese with egg and salt.

Add semolina and knead elastic dough.

Roll the dough into thin sausages with your hands (about 1 cm thick). Cut into "pads".

Using a fork, pressing on each "pillow", give shape.

Salt water for dumplings. After boiling, boil the dumplings. About 7-8 minutes.

While the dumplings are boiling, melt the butter in a frying pan and stew literally 1 minute leek.

Pour in the cream. Add salt and pepper mixture. Mix. Add dumplings and mix. Put it out a few minutes together.

When serving, you can sprinkle with green onions. Enjoy your meal.
