Apricot Tart



  1. Apricots 800 gr
  2. Apricot jam 50 gr
  3. Ground almonds 50 gr
  4. Brown sugar 30 gr
  5. Butter 40 gr
  6. Powdered Sugar 30 gr

  8. Lemon zest to taste

Step 1: knead the dough.

To prepare the dough, all ingredients must be cold. Butter is better to cut into cubes in advance, and then cool.
Pour the flour into a bowl, add salt and powdered sugar. Mix. Add butter and knead quickly by hand. Add the yolk and some cold water. Knead a uniform dough. Fold the dough into a bag and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Then roll out the dough and put it into the mold with your hands, forming the edges. Pre-cover the pan with baking parchment so that the finished tart can be easily removed.
Pound the dough with a fork.

Step 2: lay out the filling.

Spread apricot jam on the dough.

Sprinkle with ground almonds.
Stack apricot slices nicely on top. Sprinkle them with brown sugar.
