Apricot Meringue Pie

  5. vinegar or lemon juice 0.5 tsp soda + 0.5 tsp
  6. sifted flour 3 cups

For the test, I ground the yolks with sugar, added sour cream, mixed everything well. Then it poured pre-melted margarine and added slaked vinegar to the soda.
To make the dough soft, add flour gradually. It turns out to be rather bold, so it did not lubricate the shape, but simply leveled the bottom.
Then she put apricots on raw dough and sprinkled sugar to taste.
For meringue, beat the whites with sugar until a dense mass was obtained.
I laid out the meringue on the apricots and put the pie in the oven, heated to 180 °. It baked until the cake was ready, but at the same time monitored the proteins so that they did not burn.
The cake is very tender, and you need to cut it cold. In our family, usually no one waits for cooling, his appearance suffers from it, but it doesn’t affect the taste. In just half an hour, you get a very beautiful and delicious dessert.
