Clafouti with raspberries


  1. flour 1/2 cup
  2. sugar 2-3 tbsp
  3. salt 1/3 tsp
  4. eggs 3 pcs.
  5. butter 3 tbsp
  6. lemon zest with 1/2 lemon
  7. 1/3 cup milk
  8. raspberries 100 gr
  9. icing sugar to taste
  • Main Ingredients: Eggs, Raspberries, Milk, Butter, Flour, Sugar


Mix flour with sugar, add a little salt. Add oil and mix well. Add eggs, lemon zest and mix. Pour in milk. Mix.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the baking dish with butter. Pour the mixture. Put raspberries on top of the mixture. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
