Pour gelatin with warm water and set aside to swell, then put in a water bath until the gelatin is completely dissolved (not allowing it to boil).
I add condensed milk, sugar, sour cream, vanillin to the curd and carefully interrupt with a submersible blender. Add cooled gelatin and stir well again.
Pour part of the mass into another container, put strawberries in the rest and interrupt again with a blender. I pour it in glasses.
I also make a white dessert, for this I put a strawberry in a glass that I cut into four parts and fill it with white mass that I had previously cast from the total mass.
I send it in the refrigerator for two to three hours. You can decorate desserts at your discretion, I decorated with chopped strawberries. Enjoy your meal!
