Cooking:Mix melted butter with water. Add sesame seeds and flower water, can be replaced with vanilla extract. Add salt and baking powder to the flour. Mix both masses and knead the dough. Leave for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. You can roll one layer with a thickness of 2 mm, but I divide the dough into 3 parts. I cut it with a knife with a thread into strips 2 cm wide. I pinch the edge, skip 2 cm, pinch again. And so on until the end. It turns out boats.
I cut each boat individually and connect them together for 2 or 3 pieces.
I fry the cookies in hot oil until they are bright golden in color. I put it on a paper towel. Then roll in honey, and let each cookie drain. I spread it on a plate and let it cool completely, at the same time soak in honey.
