  7. Bay leaf 1-2 pcs.
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black pepper to taste
  10. Seasoning to taste

Cut the meat into medium slices. Dice the onion. Fry the meat over medium heat until golden brown on a small amount of vegetable oil, add onions in the cooking process and continue to fry together until beautiful golden color.

Finely chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Stew cabbage with carrots on a small amount of vegetable oil, over medium heat. During cooking, you can add a little water.

Then add the fried meat with onions, steamed rice, a few tablespoons. tomato sauce or pasta, 1 bay leaf and your favorite seasoning, if you add seasoning “for pilaf”, the dish will be very similar to pilaf. Then pepper and salt to taste.
