- Egg 1 pc.
- Oatmeal 100 g.
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Banana 1 pc.

Cooking:
Grind oatmeal in a mixer until flour. Grind the banana with a fork. Add the egg to it. Pour oatmeal and baking powder. Add kefir and mix into a homogeneous mass. We cut dried fruits and add to the dough.
We spread the dough into molds, pre-lubricate it with oil and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes. Check with a wooden skewer.
