Ingredients

1 layer

  1. Eggs 3 pcs.
  2. Minced meat 300 gr.
  3. Garlic 2 tooth.
  4. Onion 1 pc.
  5. Meat seasoning to taste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste

2 layer

  1. Sauerkraut 150 gr.
  2. Cheese 70 gr.
  3. Provencal herbs 1/3 tsp
  4. 4 eggs
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pepper to taste

Interlayer

  1. Cream cheese 280 gr.
  2. Dill 1 bunch
  3. Garlic 1-2 tooth.
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pepper to taste
  6. Sour cream 2-3 tbsp
  7. Horseradish 2-3 tbsp

Decoration

  1. Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
  2. Olives 6 pcs.
  3. Dill to taste
  • Main ingredients: Chicken, Cheese, Greens

Inventory:

cutting board, knife, bowl, whisk, fork, baking paper, knife, dish

Cooking:

1) In one bowl, mix the minced meat, onion with a clove of garlic (crushed by a blender), eggs, salt, black pepper and your favorite chicken seasoning. Mix.

2) In a second bowl, mix sauerkraut with hard cheese, eggs, Provencal herbs, salt and black pepper. Mix.

3) On a baking sheet with parchment, distribute 2 masses.

4) Bake in the oven at 180 * from 12-15 minutes. Cut and remove the cabbage layer. Prick the meat layer with a fork so that it does not swell. Bake another 10-12 minutes. Cool. Trim the edges of the cakes and cut into four parts.

5) For a layer in a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, chopped garlic, chopped dill. Mix.

6) Assembly of the cake. 1st layer cabbage. Spread horseradish (optional). Cream cheese spread.

2nd layer of meat. Spread with cream cheese.

3rd layer cabbage. Spread horseradish (optional). Cream cheese spread.

4th layer of meat. Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

7) Before serving, cover the cake with 1 tbsp. mayonnaise. Using a silicone brush, brush over the greased top of the cake. Garnish the cake with dill and olives. Enjoy your meal!
