For making salad:
- smoked chicken (boneless) 120 gr.
- large tomato 1 pc. (200 g)
- boiled eggs 2 pcs.
- hard cheese 40 gr.
- mayonnaise 2 tbsp

To prepare the salad, I used smoked chicken legs, but it is better to take breast fillets so as not to waste time cutting and removing bones. But if you do not find smoked chicken in the refrigerator, then you can take any smoked, fried or boiled meat. Dice the meat. Sent to the salad bowl.
We cut in advance boiled eggs into cubes and send to the meat.
Remove the middle from the tomato, cut into cubes and send to the salad bowl to the rest of the ingredients.
Dress with mayonnaise. Mayonnaise, of course, is best prepared on their own. There are several recipes on my channel.
You can add garlic if desired.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and serve.
