Mixing container, whisk, sieve, glass of 250 ml, pan (20 cm), dish
Pour warm kefir into a deep container, add eggs, salt, sugar and mix until smooth.
Separately, add soda to the flour and sift it into the liquid ingredients. Mix until homogeneous so that there are no lumps.
Pour boiling water, mix everything quickly and add vegetable oil.
We heat the pan well and grease it with vegetable oil before baking the first pancake.
Pour the dough, fry the pancakes over high heat from two sides until golden brown and stack in a pile.
