Salad "Goldfish"


  1. Salted salmon 150 g
  2. Boiled potato (jacket) 2 pcs.
  3. Carrot (boiled) 1 pc.
  4. Cucumber 1 pc.
  5. Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.
  6. Egg (boiled) 2 pcs.
  7. Green onion 0.5 beam.
  8. Mayonnaise to taste
  9. Salt to taste

Grate boiled potatoes. Grate carrots as well. Grate the eggs. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Grind bell pepper into cubes the same size as cucumbers. Chop finely green onions. Then finely chop the salmon fillet. Using the culinary ring, lay the ingredients in layers, greasing with mayonnaise, in the following order: potatoes, green onions, carrots, eggs, sweet peppers, cucumber, salmon. Potatoes and carrots can be slightly salted. Lettuce leave in the form for 1 hour. Then carefully remove the ring and serve the salad to the table.
