Mashed Potato Casserole


  1. potato 1.5 kg
  2. butter -100 gr to taste
  3. cream 10% 200 ml
  4. sour cream 2 tbsp
  5. mustard 2 tbsp
  6. breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
  7. salt to taste
  8. pepper to taste
  • Main Ingredients: Potato, Butter, Sour Cream, Cream


Boil potatoes in salted water, drain the water. Add 3/4 oil, knead. Add pepper, sour cream, cream, mix. Put in a baking dish.
Melt 1/4 oil, mix with mustard. Add breadcrumbs, mix. Put in an even layer on top of the mashed potatoes. Preheat the oven to 175 C. Bake for about 20 minutes.
