Drive the egg into the blender bowl, the yolk should remain intact, add sugar, salt, mustard, lemon juice or vinegar, pour in the odorless oil and cover the yolk with a blender, beat for a few seconds without lifting the blender, then gradually move the blender to the side, raise and beat for several seconds until the mayonnaise thickens completely.
