For cutlets:

  1. Minced meat 500 gr.
  2. Spinach 150 gr.
  3. Feta 60 gr.
  4. Egg 1 pc.
  5. Garlic - 2 tooth. taste
  6. Harissa Pasta 1 tsp

For pita filling:

  1. Sour cream 100 ml.
  2. Onion 1 pc.
  3. Cucumber 1 pc.
  4. Tomato 1 pc.
  5. Vinegar 1 tsp
  6. Water 1 tbsp
  7. Sugar 1 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Greens to taste
  10. Pita to taste

Add minced spinach (you can take fresh), feta (tear with your hands), garlic, egg, Harissa paste, mix well.

We form cutlets. Leave in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, pickle a red onion. Pour vinegar, water, sugar and salt into the chopped onion. Leave for 20 minutes.

We take the patties from the freezer and fry in a pan until cooked.

Cooking the sauce. Peel the cucumber. Cut into cubes, add sour cream, salt, greens.

We collect. We cut the pita, pour the sauce. We cut the tomato in half rings, put in pita. Cut the cutlet in half, put in pita, add the pickled onions on top.
