Beef liver in a special way

Wash the liver, remove the film, cut the veins and cut into portions. Transfer to a deep plate, add milk and refrigerate for 2 hours. Prepare the marinade: mix the egg with soy sauce, add mustard, flour, black pepper and mix everything until smooth. Drain the milk from the liver and transfer it to the marinade, mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours (preferably at night). Fry well-pickled liver in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
