Quail soup


  1. Quail 3-4 pcs
  2. Onions 1-2 pcs
  3. Parsley root 1-2 pcs
  4. Parsnip root 1-2 pcs
  5. Carrot 2 pcs medium
  6. Parsley 1 bunch
  7. Thyme 1 bunch
  8. Celery Stalk 1 pc
  9. Egg noodles 150-200 gr
  10. Allspice peas 7 pcs
  11. Ground black pepper to taste
  12. Salt to taste

We lay quail in a pan, peppercorns, onions. Pour 2.5 liters of water, bring to a boil. Salt and cook for 30 minutes.
Add carrots, parsnip roots, parsley, thyme, parsley and cook for another 50 minutes. Remove the quail, filter the broth from the quail through a sieve.
We cook the noodles in the broth until ready. We cut the quail into pieces.
We spread the noodles with the broth on plates. Add quail pieces, pepper, sprinkle with parsley leaves.
