Cooking:

A step-by-step recipe for making pita based snacks: We start making rolls with a good sauce of 2-3 tablespoons. mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons cream cheese and 1 tablespoon Pesto sauce (to taste adjika), mixed to a homogeneous mass. Cut cherry tomatoes (or 1 large tomato) into thin slices. Cut a circle of olives (you can also pickled cucumber). We cut the chicken breast into thin strips. We cut the salted chum salmon (you can smoked) into thin slices, which in turn we cut into thin strips. Cut lettuce leaves (you can have Chinese cabbage). Rub the eggs on a fine grater (for one type of snack). Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. We spread 2 tablespoons. L. distribute the sauce for pita bread and spatula evenly with a thin layer over our large white cake. Put the lettuce leaves on pita bread with the sauce. We evenly place tomatoes, chicken fillet (you can replace it with mushrooms), olives and sprinkle with grated cheese on lettuce leaves. Wrap pita bread tightly in a roll, put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. According to the principle of the first roll, we collect the second one, where we replace the chicken with fish and the tomatoes with grated chicken egg, sprinkle with a good amount of cheese and tightly wrap it. After that, we also put it in a plastic bag in the refrigerator. After cutting from the refrigerator, cut our rolls and serve in plates on festive table. Bon appetit, friends!
