Cut the fish into pieces, salt and pepper. Dip the fish in flour and fry in a pan for 2 minutes on both sides. While the fish is being fried, finely chop the onions and grate the carrots. Next we get the fish and in this pan we fry the onions and carrots until half ready, add a glass of tomato juice, 2 leaves of bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste. After the juice boils, we return the fish to the pan, cover and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Fish in tomato is ready, bon appetit!
