Grind the chilled butter with sugar.
Add the egg, salt and mix well.
Sift flour with baking powder to the oil mass, knead the dough.
From the dough we form a sausage and divide into 20 approximately equal parts.
From each part we form a ball and put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Sent in the oven for 25 minutes at 180C. When 5 minutes have passed, slightly flatten each cookie with a wooden spatula and bake further.
