Chocolate Nut Cookies


  1. Wheat flour 1.5 cups
  2. Cocoa 3 teaspoons (no slide)
  3. 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  4. Walnuts (crushed) 0.5 cup
  5. Sugar 3/4 cup
  6. Vanilla Sugar 1 sachet
  7. Margarine 70 grams
  8. Cream 30% 2 tablespoons
  9. Egg 1 piece

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Pour flour, chopped walnuts, cocoa and sugar (both regular and vanilla) into a bowl. Break the egg there, add the cream and put the cold margarine sliced ‚Äč‚Äčinto pieces. Good, but quickly knead the dough with your hands.
Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in foil or bag and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Step 2: cut out the cookies.

Cut the chilled dough into pieces, then roll each part and cut into cookies using cookie cutters.

Put cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment and send in preheated to 180 degrees oven on 15 minutes.
