Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Rinse the cauliflower and completely pour into boiling water for 5 minutes, then drop it into a colander, draining the water.
While boiling cabbage, disassemble the chicken breasts, cleansing them of skin and bones. Cut the fillet into large pieces.
