Baked Cauliflower with Chicken Fillet

Ingredients

  1. Cauliflower 1 piece
  2. Chicken Breast 2 pieces
  3. Egg 1 piece
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pepper to taste
  6. Paprika to taste
  7. Provencal herbs to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Rinse the cauliflower and completely pour into boiling water for 5 minutes, then drop it into a colander, draining the water.
While boiling cabbage, disassemble the chicken breasts, cleansing them of skin and bones. Cut the fillet into large pieces.
Beat the egg with salt in a small plate.
When the cabbage dries a little, grease it with an egg on top with a silicone brush. Having previously placed cabbage on a baking sheet covered with parchment for baking.
Place the chicken fillet next to the cabbage. Salt.
Mix the spices in a plate and sprinkle them with cabbage and chicken.

Step 2: bake cauliflower with chicken.


Bake in preheated until 180 degrees oven for 20 minutesuntil the chicken is browned.

Step 3: serve the baked cauliflower with chicken.


Before serving, cut the cabbage with a knife into slices of small thickness and serve with the chicken. Complete with a salad of fresh vegetables or just slices of cucumbers, a tomato and white cabbage leaves.
