Cut the fish in portions, put in a bowl, add salt to taste, add spices for fish, 2-3 tbsp. .l. vegetable oil and mix. Turn on the oven and heat. Spread the pieces of fish evenly on top of the rice. Put evenly prepared sauce on top of the fish. Put the salmon in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. We clean, wash and cut the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms in a frying pan at the highest temperature, stirring with a spatula. As soon as the water ceases to stand out, add vegetable oil and fry for another minute.
