Wash and dry the pork. Cut the garlic into long strips and stuff them with pork on all sides. Cook the marinade - mix mustard, salt and pepper and grate the marinade with a piece of pork. Pickle in the fridge for 60-90 minutes.
At the end of the pickling time, we take out the pork from the refrigerator, tightly wrap it in foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour. Then remove the foil, increase the temperature to 220 degrees and send for another 10 minutes before browning. Cut the cooled pork and eat.
