Step-by-step recipe for preparing a holiday salad: To prepare our salad, grate the carrots on a fine grater and chop onions. We turn on and heat the stove, put the pan and pour vegetable oil into it. Put the chopped onions and carrots in the heated pan. Stir until smooth, stirring well with a spatula. Put the onions and carrots in a bowl. We chop the processed, washed champignons and put them in a frying pan. Fry the champignons, stirring constantly, add vegetable oil as necessary. Finely chop the boiled squids and put them in a bowl. Put the fried champignons in a plate. Cut the greens to our salad. Rub the boiled chicken eggs on a fine grater. We spread rice in a convenient container, add mayonnaise and mix. We begin to collect our holiday dish. On lettuce leaves we put a mold from the ring, lubricated from the inside with vegetable oil, and fill it with a layer of rice. We spread mushrooms on the rice with a second layer and a little mayonnaise on top. We spread and distribute squids with a third layer, squeeze them lightly with a fork. Fourth layer add sautéed carrots with onions, squeeze lightly with a fork. Add a little mayonnaise on top. Fifth layer lay grated chicken eggs, which are sprinkled with herbs.
