- Pork tenderloin 700 grams
- Blue cheese 100 grams
- Pears 3 pieces
- Onion (small size) 1/2 pieces
- Marjoram 1 teaspoon
- Pepper to taste
- Dill (chopped) 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Greens to serve to taste
- Cream 30% 150 milliliters
- Oil or fat to grease the mold to taste
- Main Ingredients Pear
Bakeware, knife, spatula, meat hammer
Step 1: prepare the meat.
Cut the tenderloin into pieces 1.5 cm thick each. Gently beat each piece on both sides with a hammer. Do not overdo it.
Pepper and salt the meat.
Step 2: prepare the pears.
Peel the pears, remove the seeds, and cut the pulp into thin slices.
Step 3: bake pork with pears.
Put slices of pork on a greased baking sheet or butter, alternating them with slices of pears. Sprinkle feather onions on top. Pepper and salt on top.
Mix in a bowl of cream with dill. And pour the resulting mixture into a baking sheet with meat.
Bake in a preheated oven at temperature 180 degrees during 10 minutes. Then remove the baking sheet, sprinkle the meat with pieces of cheese and return it back to the oven for another 30 minutes, approximately (readiness yourself check).
The top of the pork should be covered with a golden brown, and the meat itself should become soft.
Step 4: Serve the pork with pears.
Serve the pork with pears hot, decorate the dish with fresh herbs and choose a suitable side dish (it should be gentle and neutral so as not to interrupt the taste of meat and pears baked under cheese).
Enjoy your meal!
