Chicken Cutlets


  1. Minced chicken 1200 g
  2. Onions 300 g
  3. Parsley 20 g
  4. Dill 20 g
  5. Garlic 10 g
  6. Semolina 4 tbsp (no slide)
  7. Egg 1 pc.
  8. Salt 2 tsp
  9. Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
  10. Red chili flakes ½ tsp
  11. Ground coriander 1 tsp
  12. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Step 1.

Add all ingredients except minced oil to the minced meat. Mix well, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Heat the pan, pour vegetable oil, reduce the heat to medium.

Step 3

Form a cutlet from minced meat, put in a pan and gently squeeze, then form a second cutlet and immediately put in a pan, thus lay out all the cutlets.

Step 4

Fry meatballs for 4 minutes on each side. If you are a fan of large cutlets, increase the frying time by 1-2 minutes on each side.
