- Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese 300 gr
- Spinach 300 gr

Peel squids. Finely chop wings and tentacles.
Fry the onion. Add chopped garlic. When the onion becomes transparent, add wings and squid tentacles. Add spinach. We simmer the liquid without a lid. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, the contents of the pan, flakes of chili pepper, egg, parsley, pepper, salt. We start the squid with the mixture, fix with a toothpick and put them in a baking dish. We spread the tomatoes in the empty spaces between the squids. Add the wine. Salt, pepper.
Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at a temperature of 190 C. Serve with lemon wedges.
