Beetroot Chicken Breast

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Wash the beets, cut the tails and bake in foil in the oven about 1 hour. After which, cool and clean the beets. Dice, place in a saucepan, pour a glass of water and simmer over low heat.
At the same time, cut the chicken into medium-sized goblets. Season it with salt, pepper and chicken spices.

Step 2: fry the chicken.

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the chicken in it until the color changes.

Step 3: cook the beetroot chicken.

Add the chicken to the beets (it may be worth adding water, because it should cover the beets), add raisins. And simmer until the birds are ready. At the end, add salt and pepper to taste, pour in the cream and mix well. Boil together for a while, then remove from heat and serve.

Step 4: Serve the chicken breast with beets.

Serve hot with beetroot. As a side dish, as I have already noted, rice or mashed potatoes are suitable.
