Ingredients

  1. pork meat (neck) 400 grams
  2. sour cream 100 grams
  3. Dijon mustard (grains) 2 tbsp. spoons
  4. hard cheese 70 grams
  5. vegetable oil 1 tbsp
  6. salt to taste
  7. ground black pepper to taste

Cooking:
