Peel the apple and cut it into small cubes.
Step 4: prepare the sauce.
Mix mustard with honey in a bowl.
Add the butter and chopped garlic clove.
Mix well and keep mixing while adding water.
Dilute the sauce with mineral water so that it becomes less thick, but not liquid. Therefore add a little bit.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the sauce to the salad and mix well.
Crush the almonds with a knife and sprinkle with nuts the salad.
