Remove the skin from the legs.
Add salt, a mixture of peppers, dry garlic and mustard to sour cream. Mix everything.
Coat the legs well and leave for half an hour for pickling.
Chop pepper. Peel quince and chop it. Add salt and oil to the quince with pepper and mix.
Put on the baking sheet chicken legs and pepper with quince. Send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour.
