Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  2. Ground cinnamon 2 tsp
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  6. 1 carrot (3/4 cup grated)
  7. 1-2 eggs
  8. Walnuts 3/4 cup
  9. Oatmeal 1/2 cup
  10. Yogurt without filler 1/2 cup
  11. Vegetable oil 1/2 cup
  12. Pumpkin seeds peeled 1/3 cup
  13. Light honey 1/3 cup
  14. Light raisins 1/4 cup
  15. Flax seeds 2 tbsp
  16. Coconut flakes 1 cup

We mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt in one bowl. In the other bowl we mix the remaining ingredients and 1/4 cup coconut flakes. Mix the contents of both bowls.
We line the baking paper on a baking sheet. We form balls from the resulting mass, roll them in coconut flakes and put them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
