Tuna and Avocado Salad


  1. avocado 1 piece
  2. canned tuna 1 can
  3. petiole celery 1 piece
  4. 1/4 lemon
  5. shallots 1/4 onions
  6. Greek yogurt 1 tbsp
  7. mustard 1 tsp
  8. green onions to taste

  • Serving 4 servings

Finely chop the onion and celery. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pulp with a spoon, without damaging the peel. Cut the flesh of an avocado. Mix tuna, avocado, onion and celery. Dressed with mustard and lemon juice yogurt. Put the salad in the avocado shell. Decorate with green onions.
