  3. Egg 2 pcs.
  4. Yeast 40 gr.
  5. Salt 0.5 tsp
  6. Flour 350-400 gr.

Cooking:


Grate the onion, pour warm water. Add eggs, yeast, salt and mix. Add so much flour that when kneading the dough was thicker than pancakes. Let stand in a warm place for 30 minutes and then fry in vegetable oil from 2 sides, spreading a tablespoon into the pan. You can still add your favorite spices to the dough.
