Honey mustard marinade


  1. chicken carcass 2 kg;
  2. vegetable oil 2 tbsp;
  3. mustard 100 gr.;
  4. liquid honey 150 gr.;
  5. garlic 4-5 cloves;
  6. some parsley; taste
  7. salt 2 tsp;
  8. seasoning for chicken, curry, paprika to taste.

Wash and dry the chicken carcass with paper towels. Prepare the marinade: remove honey, mustard, salt, chopped parsley, chopped garlic and spices. The resulting marinade grate the chicken carcass and send it to marinate in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees, place the chicken in a pre-greased vegetable oil baking dish and send it to the oven for 1 hour 20 minutes (with a weight of 2 kg). It is advisable to turn the chicken in the oven and water it with the fat that has been drained from it.
