Zucchini pasta casserole

Ingredients

  1. Pasta 300 grams
  2. Chicken thigh fillet 700 grams
  3. Onion 2 pieces
  4. Frozen vegetables (mixture) 1 cup
  5. Zucchini 1/2 small
  6. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
  7. Cream 18-22% 1 cup
  8. Cream cheese 100 grams
  9. Cheddar Cheese 100 grams
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Pepper to taste
  12. Nutmeg to taste
  13. Parsley to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: cook pasta.


Throw the pasta into boiling salted water and cook until half cooked. Then throw them in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Step 2: prepare vegetables and meat.


Chop the chicken very finely, put it in a skillet with a diced onion and vegetable oil, and stew, often stirring.
Then add the frozen vegetable mixture, a little salt and pepper. Simmer until all the water from the vegetables has evaporated.
Add cream and cream cheese, continue cooking until the sauce thickens. Add nutmeg, pepper and more salt if necessary.

Step 3: bake pasta with zucchini.


Mix pasta with vegetables and chicken, put in a baking dish.
Cut the zucchini into thin slices and lay it beautifully on top.
Pepper, salt and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.

Bake at temperature 180 degrees during 20 minutes.

Step 4: serve the pasta casserole with zucchini.


Serve hot pasta with zucchini as soon as you take it out of the oven.
