Lenten dessert without baking


The basis

  1. almond flour 140 g
  2. coconut oil 30 g
  3. agave syrup 30 g
  4. cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  5. salt pinch


  1. coconut cream 2 cans of 400 ml
  2. lime juice 100 ml
  3. agave syrup 80 ml
  4. water 200 ml
  5. agar 6 g
  6. 1/2 lime zest to taste

For the base dessert, mix almond flour, salt, cinnamon, coconut oil and agave syrup. We spread it in a mold (I used a split ring for a cake with a diameter of 16 cm). Cool.

Coconut layer: squeeze lime juice (100 ml). Mix coconut cream with lime juice and agave syrup. Boil 200 ml of water, add 6 g of agar-agar. Boil the agar for 5 minutes, pour in the coconut mixture, remove from heat and cool slightly. When the jelly mixture begins to thicken, pour it onto the base, sprinkle with lime zest and refrigerate.

Wait for the jelly to harden. Enjoy your meal!
