Ingredients

For custard

  1. eggs 3 pcs.
  2. sugar 150 gr.
  3. vanilla sugar 10 gr.
  4. starch 60 gr.
  5. milk 600 ml.
  6. butter 60 gr.

For biscuit

  1. eggs 6 pcs.
  2. sugar 200 gr.
  3. vanilla sugar 10 gr.
  4. starch 40 gr.
  5. flour 150 gr.
  6. cocoa powder 50 gr.
  7. baking powder dough 10 gr.

To decorate

  1. chocolate 30 gr.
  2. coconut flakes 5 gr.

Cooking:


1) First, prepare the cream. In a stewpan with a thick bottom we combine 3 eggs, 150 gr. sugar, 10 gr. vanilla sugar and 60 gr. starch. Stirring a little pour 600 ml. milk. We put on the fire and bring to a boil. As soon as the cream gurgled for the first time, remove from heat and add 60 g. butter, stir until the oil dissolves and cover with a cling film end-to-end so that the cream does not air.

2) Cook the biscuit dough. Beat 6 eggs with 200 gr. sugar and 10 gr. vanilla sugar into a lush airy mass. In time it will take about 5-7 minutes.

Add 40 gr. starch, sifted flour 150 gr. and 10 gr. baking powder of the test, quickly mix at low speeds of the mixer. Then add 50 gr. cocoa powder and again mix the mass with a mixer at low speed until smooth.

3) Pour into a detachable baking dish with a diameter of 24 cm. I covered the bottom and sides of the form with parchment paper, after having greased the form with vegetable oil, so that the paper fits better to the form. In the middle of the dough we spread another hot cream. We bake in a preheated oven to 180 * C at an average level, top + bottom mode without convection. Readiness check wooden skewer. In my oven, the cake was baked for 25 minutes, but everyone has different ovens, so focus on your oven.

4) The cake is completely cooled, it is possible in the refrigerator. Decorate to your liking. I garnished with melted chocolate and coconut. The combination of tender custard and porous chocolate biscuit is amazingly delicious! Cook for health!
