  1. Chicken 1 kg

  3. Onions 600 g
  4. Tomatoes 1 kg

  7. Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
  8. Utskho sunli 1 tsp
  9. Suneli hops 1 tbsp
  10. Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  11. Coriander 1 tbsp
  12. Parsley 30 g
  13. Cilantro 30 g
  14. Basil 15 g
  15. Hot red pepper 1 pc.

Step 1.

Pour the tomatoes with boiling water and leave for 5 minutes, then remove the peel from the tomato and finely chop.

Step 2

Onion cut into half rings 3-4 mm wide.

Finely chop the garlic.

Step 4

Finely chop the parsley, cilantro, and basil.

Step 5

Cut red chili peppers in half and remove seeds and membranes, then cut into half rings.

Cut the chicken into portions.

Step 7

Preheat the pan and fry the chicken in a dry frying pan until golden brown over high heat, about 1-2 minutes on each side.

Step 8

Put the onion in a pan and fry until golden brown over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 3-4 minutes.

Step 9

Transfer the fried onions and chicken to a saucepan, mix and add the tomatoes, mix again, bring to a boil and close the lid, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 10

Add salt, ground black pepper, uzo-suneli, suneli hops, coriander, garlic, mix and simmer for another 7 minutes.

Step 11

Add parsley, cilantro, basil, hot red pepper and turn off the heat.
