In the mashed potatoes (if the potatoes are in their skins, then you need to peel and grate it) add the egg, salt, spices, turmeric, flour, mix well, with wet hands we form a bun, put it on a heated frying pan and make a deepening in which we put any filling, with it’s fried minced meat with onions and carrots, but you can use any filling, for example fried mushrooms or fried minced fish, or just a boiled egg, which must first be kneaded with a fork and add greens, or you can add sliced ham.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and fry over medium heat until the fried bottom of our cutlets appears, then cover for two minutes with a lid to melt the cheese and serve hot to the resin. Enjoy your meal!!!
