Carrots with green beans


  1. Carrot 500 grams
  2. String beans 250-300 grams
  3. Butter 1 tablespoon
  4. Wheat flour 1 tablespoon
  5. Lemon juice to taste
  6. Pepper to taste
  7. Salt to taste

Step 1: stew carrots.

Peel the carrots, cut them into medium-sized cubes and put them in the pan. Pour hot water so that it barely covers the carrots and set on fire. Add a little salt and cook until carrot is soft.

Step 2: cook the beans.

Boil the beans quickly in salted water, then discard them in a colander and pour cold water on them, then cut the pods into pieces.

Step 3: mix carrots with beans and add oil.

Add the butter to the finished carrots and sprinkle the beans.

Dissolve the flour in a small amount of cold water and add to the vegetables. Mix well and bring everything to a boil. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4: serve carrots with green beans.

Carrots with green beans are best served hot. This is an incredibly tasty and just a vegetable side dish. It goes well with meat, poultry and fish.
