Curry Chicken with Coconut Milk

Ingredients

A hen

  1. Chicken fillet 600 g

Sauce

  1. Chicken Broth 500 ml
  2. Turmeric 1/3 tsp
  3. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  4. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  5. Ginger grated 1 tbsp.
  6. Grated garlic 1 tbsp.
  7. Onions 100 g
  8. Garam Masala 1 tsp (black pepper, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, coriander, star anise)
  9. Ground red chilli 1/2 tsp
  10. Ground cumin 1 tsp
  11. Parsley 5 g
  12. Salt 1 tsp
  13. Coconut milk 200 ml

Step 1.

Cut the chicken into slices, put in a bowl and add salt, turmeric and lemon juice, mix everything and leave to marinate.

Step 2

Chop the onion into strips, grate the garlic and ginger.

Step 3

Heat the pan and add vegetable oil, put ginger, garlic, onions and fry for 1 minute.

Step 4

Add chicken and mix everything.

Step 5

Add 1 tsp. Garam Masala, 1/2 tsp red chili pepper, 1 tsp cumin and mix everything.

Step 6

Add the broth, bring to a boil and reduce the heat to low, close the lid and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 7

Add coconut milk and simmer another 3 minutes.

Step 8

Add finely chopped parsley and turn off. Enjoy your meal!
