  5. Bulgarian pepper 1-2 pcs
  6. Tomatoes 250 gr
  7. Onion 500 gr
  8. Cheese 100 gr
  9. Cream 15-20% 200 ml
  10. 3 eggs
  11. Dry thyme 1 tsp
  12. Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  13. Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Pepper to taste
  16. Sunflower oil to taste

Cut meat into slices and fry with onions. Add thyme, chopped pepper, chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, salt. Turn off the fire, leave it under the lid.

We put in the oven for 30 minutes. We get out of the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake another 10 minutes. Let it cool slightly and remove from the mold.
